If you need to return an item, our aim to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Follow the guidelines below and contact us as soon as possible to help us process your request when a product is not what you expected or is faulty.
Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products must be packaged to avoid damage in transit, be contained within outer packaging and must not have carrier labels applied to the products or product packaging. Failure to comply may result in a reduction in the value of credit/refund provided. To start a return, please contact us at marketing@bemco.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge business customers a handling charge.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you wish to return a faulty item you need to contact marketing@bemco.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of item and be able to provide proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
You should notify us of any goods that are defective or fail to correspond with the agreed specification by either contacting our customer services team on 0191 375 1982 8am to 5pm - Mon-Fri or email us at marketing@bemco.co.uk.
You should notify us in writing of any non-delivery within 7 days of the date on which BEMCO Outlet advises you that the order will be delivered.
We will investigate the issue and refer back to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
